本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水電站水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組、進(jìn)水閥門及調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中用的自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)的基本技術(shù)要求及其系統(tǒng)配置要求,并規(guī)定了相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)方法及驗(yàn)收規(guī)則、標(biāo)志、包裝等內(nèi)容。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于水電站自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)的產(chǎn)品制造和符合下列條件之一的水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)的系統(tǒng)配置與交接驗(yàn)收:a) 單機(jī)容量為10 MW及以上;b) 轉(zhuǎn)輪公稱直徑1.5 m及以上的沖擊式機(jī)組;c) 轉(zhuǎn)輪公稱直徑2.5 m及以上的混流式機(jī)組;d) 轉(zhuǎn)輪公稱直徑3.3 m及以上的軸流式、斜流式、貫流式機(jī)組。小于以上范圍的水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組、抽水蓄能可逆式機(jī)組、潮汐發(fā)電機(jī)組的自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)的系統(tǒng)配置與交接驗(yàn)收可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于裝機(jī)容量0.5~50MW、庫(kù)容1000萬(wàn)m<上標(biāo) 3>以下的4級(jí)、5級(jí)水工建筑物的新建、擴(kuò)建、續(xù)建、除險(xiǎn)加固、技術(shù)改造等。裝機(jī)容量小于0.5MW及4級(jí)、5級(jí)臨時(shí)水工建筑物可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于大中型水利水電工程(含水力發(fā)電廠、泵站、110kV及以下電壓等級(jí)降壓變電所、水閘,不含抽水蓄能電廠)中的自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于水利水電工程中的1級(jí)、2級(jí)、3級(jí)調(diào)壓室設(shè)計(jì),不適用于抽水蓄能電站調(diào)壓室設(shè)計(jì)。
本規(guī)定為《水力發(fā)電廠機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》DL/T5186技術(shù)供水與排水系統(tǒng)、油系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)、水力監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)、機(jī)修設(shè)備的子規(guī)范。本規(guī)定適用于新建、擴(kuò)建、改造的大、中型常規(guī)水力發(fā)電廠和抽水蓄能電廠工程水力機(jī)械輔助設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于機(jī)械工業(yè)部所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。作為計(jì)劃、統(tǒng)計(jì)管理工作的產(chǎn)品類中劃分的統(tǒng)一依據(jù)。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不包括大型成套設(shè)備。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)程序和要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于單機(jī)容量25MW及以上水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組及相關(guān)機(jī)電設(shè)備的啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)和交接驗(yàn)收,單機(jī)容量小于25MW的機(jī)組可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn),按DL/T 827的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水電廠自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)及其系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)與檢修試驗(yàn)的基本要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于水電廠機(jī)組及其輔助設(shè)備、全廠公共設(shè)備使用的自動(dòng)化元件(裝置)及其系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)與檢修試驗(yàn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水輪機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)及裝置的運(yùn)行與檢修技術(shù)要求,故障及事故處理措施,檢修維護(hù)的基本內(nèi)容及計(jì)劃、工期控制原則等。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工作容量350N?m及以上的水輪機(jī)電液調(diào)速器及其配套使用的油壓裝置與附屬設(shè)備,包括數(shù)字式、模擬式電液調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)及裝置。其他容量、類型的水輪機(jī)調(diào)速器及配套使用的油壓裝置與附屬設(shè)備可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了全范圍培訓(xùn)型水電仿真機(jī)的構(gòu)成要素、技術(shù)要求、性能指標(biāo)、測(cè)試和資料等方面內(nèi)容。對(duì)于其他類型的水電仿真機(jī)所涉及的本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)己作規(guī)定的內(nèi)容,應(yīng)按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相應(yīng)要求執(zhí)行。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于以水力發(fā)電廠、抽水蓄能電站為仿真對(duì)象的仿真機(jī)。
本規(guī)程規(guī)定了電力設(shè)備及其相關(guān)設(shè)施的防火和滅火措施,以及消防安全管理要求,適用于發(fā)電單位、電網(wǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位,以及非電力單位使用電力設(shè)備的消防安全管理。電力設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、施工、調(diào)試、生產(chǎn)應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程的有關(guān)要求。本規(guī)程不適用于核能發(fā)電單位。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水電水利基本建設(shè)工程中水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組及附屬設(shè)備單元工程安裝質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定辦法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于符合下列條件之一的水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的工程質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定:1 單機(jī)容量為15MW及以上。2 沖擊式水輪機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)輪名義直徑1.5m及以上。3 混流式水輪機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)輪名義直徑2.0m及以上。4 軸流式、斜流式水輪機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)輪名義直徑3.0m及以上。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也適用于可逆式抽水蓄能機(jī)組安裝工程的質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組安裝工程的單元工程質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定,相關(guān)內(nèi)容可參見DL/T 5113.11《水電水利基本建設(shè)工程單元工程質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 第11部分:燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組安裝工程》。
This part of ISO 13628 provides general requirements and overall recommendations for development of complete subsea production systems, from the design phase to decommissioning and abandonment.This part of ISO 13628 is intended as an umbrella document to govern other parts of ISO 13628 dealing with more detailed requirements for the subsystems which typically form part of a subsea production system. However, in some areas (e.g. system design, structures, manifolds, lifting devices, and colour and marking) more detailed requirements are included herein, as these subjects are not covered in a subsystem standard.The complete subsea production system comprises several subsystems necessary to produce hydrocarbons from one or more subsea wells and transfer them to a given processing facility located offshore (fixed, floating or subsea) or onshore, or to inject water/gas through subsea wells.This part of ISO 13628 and its related subsystem standards apply as far as the interface limits described in Clause 4.Specialized equipment, such as split trees and trees and manifolds in atmospheric chambers, are not specifically discussed because of their limited use. However, the information presented is applicable to those types of equipment.If requirements as stated inThis part of ISO 13628 are in conflict with, or are inconsistent with, requirements as stated in the relevant complementary parts of ISO 13628, then the specific requirements in the complementary parts take precedence.
