本部分制定了整套水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)從設(shè)計(jì)到廢棄各個(gè)階段的一般要求和推薦做法,作為一個(gè)綱領(lǐng)性文件用于指導(dǎo)和制定涉及到水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)組成部分更為詳細(xì)要求的子系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),對(duì)于子系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)未包括的某些部分,如系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)、管匯、吊裝設(shè)備、顏色和標(biāo)記等,也給出了較為詳細(xì)的要求。對(duì)那些應(yīng)用范圍有限的特種設(shè)備,如密閉在干式艙中的組合式采油樹、采油樹和管匯等,這里未做專門討論,但本部分中的相關(guān)條款同樣適用于這類設(shè)備。
GB/T 21412的本部分在公認(rèn)及廣泛接受的工業(yè)規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架內(nèi),提出水下結(jié)構(gòu)物及管匯的推薦做法。因此,它并不取代或排除其他工業(yè)規(guī)范規(guī)定的任何要求。本部分適用于對(duì)水下油氣生產(chǎn)及水下注入進(jìn)行壓力控制的水下管匯及基盤。水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)例見圖1。本部分涵蓋下列設(shè)備:a) 水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)部件和配管系統(tǒng):——生產(chǎn)及注入管匯;——模塊化和集成的單衛(wèi)星井及多井基盤;——水下處理及水下增壓站;——出油(氣)立管基座以及外輸立管基座(FRB,ERB);——管道終端管匯(PLEM);——管道終端(PLET);——T型及Y型連接;——水下隔離閥結(jié)構(gòu)物(SSIV)。b) 水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)部件:——水下控制和分配結(jié)構(gòu)物;——其他水下結(jié)構(gòu)物。c) 與上述設(shè)備相關(guān)的保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。下列部件及其應(yīng)用不在本部分范圍內(nèi):——管道及管匯閥門;——管道及連接器;——油嘴;——生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)。與上述內(nèi)容有關(guān)的一般信息可從其他規(guī)范處獲取,如13628-1及API Spec 2C等。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給出了石油和天然氣工業(yè)海上生產(chǎn)平臺(tái)新建管道系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和安裝的低要求和指南。管道系統(tǒng)的高壓力高達(dá)69000kPa(G),在溫度范圍內(nèi)對(duì)材料的要求滿足ASME B31.3的要求。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了長輸(油氣)商品介質(zhì)管道(GA類)建設(shè)、投產(chǎn),在役管道的運(yùn)行、維修及檢驗(yàn)等技術(shù)要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于長輸管道建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)、材料、安裝、無損檢測、投產(chǎn)和在役管道的運(yùn)行、維修及檢驗(yàn)。本長輸管道系指產(chǎn)地、儲(chǔ)存庫、用戶間的用于輸送(油氣)商品介質(zhì)的管道。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用的管道系統(tǒng)范圍見圖1所示。油氣田集輸管道符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)條件的可執(zhí)行本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于公用管道(GB類)、工業(yè)管道(GC類)、動(dòng)力管面(GD類);也不適用于其他類型的管道,如電氣(電訊)專用的管道、軍事裝備和核設(shè)施的管道、海上設(shè)施和礦井的管道、移動(dòng)設(shè)備上的管道、石油、天然氣、地?zé)岬瓤碧胶筒删蜓b置的管道、城鎮(zhèn)的門站后所屬的燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)。

本規(guī)范適用于陸上油田、灘海陸采油田和海上油田陸岸終端油氣集輸工程設(shè)計(jì)。
本規(guī)范適用于新建或改、擴(kuò)建的輸送原油、天然氣、煤氣、成品油等管道穿越障礙物工程的施工。
本規(guī)程適用于新建、擴(kuò)建或改建的中小型給水泵站的設(shè)計(jì)。
本規(guī)程適用于工作壓力小于或等于2.5MPa,溫度小于或等于350°C,直接埋地敷設(shè)的鋼質(zhì)外護(hù)蒸汽保溫管道的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、驗(yàn)收及運(yùn)行維護(hù)。
本規(guī)范規(guī)定了石油化工管道材料的選用、管道組成件的選用要求和計(jì)算方法。本規(guī)范適用于石油化工裝置中公稱壓力不大于PN 420 (CL2500)、設(shè)計(jì)溫度不超過材料允許使用溫度范圍的管道組成件的選用。本規(guī)范不適用于非金屬管道。
本規(guī)范規(guī)定了高含硫化氫氣田地面集輸系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,適用于天然氣中硫化氫含量大于或等于5% (體積分?jǐn)?shù))的新建、擴(kuò)建和改建工程的設(shè)計(jì)。

This part of ISO 13628 provides general requirements and overall recommendations for development of complete subsea production systems, from the design phase to decommissioning and abandonment.This part of ISO 13628 is intended as an umbrella document to govern other parts of ISO 13628 dealing with more detailed requirements for the subsystems which typically form part of a subsea production system. However, in some areas (e.g. system design, structures, manifolds, lifting devices, and colour and marking) more detailed requirements are included herein, as these subjects are not covered in a subsystem standard.The complete subsea production system comprises several subsystems necessary to produce hydrocarbons from one or more subsea wells and transfer them to a given processing facility located offshore (fixed, floating or subsea) or onshore, or to inject water/gas through subsea wells.This part of ISO 13628 and its related subsystem standards apply as far as the interface limits described in Clause 4.Specialized equipment, such as split trees and trees and manifolds in atmospheric chambers, are not specifically discussed because of their limited use. However, the information presented is applicable to those types of equipment.If requirements as stated inThis part of ISO 13628 are in conflict with, or are inconsistent with, requirements as stated in the relevant complementary parts of ISO 13628, then the specific requirements in the complementary parts take precedence.
This European Standard specifies requirements and gives recommendations for the design, materials, construction, testing, operation, maintenance and abandonment of pipeline systems used for transportation in the petroleum and natural gas industries. It applies to pipeline systems on land (see exclusion below) and offshore, connecting wells, production plants, process plants, refineries and storage facilities, including any section of a pipeline constructed within the boundaries of such facilities for the purpose of its connection. On-land supply systems used by the European gas supply industry from the input of gas into the on-land transmission network up to the inlet connection of gas appliances are excluded from the scope of this European Standard.
This part of ISO 13628 provides guidelines for the design, analysis, manufacture, testing, installation andoperation of flexible pipes and flexible pipe systems for onshore, subsea and marine applications. This part ofISO 13628 supplements ISO 13628-2 and ISO 13628-10, which specify minimum requirements for the design,material selection, manufacture, testing, marking and packaging of unbonded and bonded flexible pipe,respectively.This part of ISO 13628 applies to flexible pipe assemblies, consisting of segments of flexible pipe body withend fittings attached to both ends. Both bonded and unbonded pipe types are covered. In addition, this part ofISO 13628 applies to flexible pipe systems, including ancillary components.The applications covered by this part of ISO 13628 are sweet- and sour-service production, including exportand injection applications. This part of ISO 13628 applies to both static and dynamic flexible pipe systemsused as flowlines, risers and jumpers. This part of ISO 13628 does cover, in general terms, the use of flexiblepipes for offshore loading systems.NOTE Refer also to Reference [30] for offshore loading systems.This part of ISO 13628 does not cover flexible pipes for use in choke and kill lines or umbilical and controllines.
