本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了輸送符合GB/T 13611規(guī)定的燃?xì)庥媒饘匍y門(以下簡稱閥門)的分類和型號,結(jié)構(gòu)和材料,要求,試驗(yàn)方法,檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則,標(biāo)志、銘牌和說明書,防護(hù)、包裝、運(yùn)輸和貯存。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于以下閥門:——大允許工作壓力不超過10 MPa,公稱尺寸范圍為DN50~DN1 000,工作溫度范圍為-20 ℃~60 ℃的球閥;——大允許工作壓力不超過1.6 MPa,公稱尺寸范圍為DN50~DN1 000,工作溫度范圍為-20 ℃~60 ℃的閘閥;——大允許工作壓力不超過0.4 MPa,公稱尺寸范圍為DN50~DN300,工作溫度范圍為-20 ℃~60 ℃的蝶閥。
本規(guī)范規(guī)定了石油化工管道材料的選用、管道組成件的選用要求和計(jì)算方法。本規(guī)范適用于石油化工裝置中公稱壓力不大于PN 420 (CL2500)、設(shè)計(jì)溫度不超過材料允許使用溫度范圍的管道組成件的選用。本規(guī)范不適用于非金屬管道。

The ranges of nominal sizes covered is: DN 8; DN 10; DN 12; DN 15; DN 20; DN 25; DN 32; DN 40; DN 50; DN 65; DN 80; DN 100; DN 125; DN 150; DN 200; DN 250; DN 300; DN 350; DN 400; DN 450; DN 500; DN 600; DN 700; DN 750; DN 800; DN 900; DN 1000.
