本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了燃用煤、油、氣(主要指天然氣)和生物質(zhì)燃料的電站鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)(包括鑒定試驗(yàn)、驗(yàn)收試驗(yàn)和常規(guī)試驗(yàn))方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用范圍如下：a) 適用于蒸汽流量不低于35 t/h，蒸汽壓力不低于3.8 MPa，蒸汽溫度不低于440 ℃的電站鍋爐；b) 適用于為了其他目的(包括燃燒調(diào)整、燃料變動(dòng)、設(shè)備改進(jìn)等)進(jìn)行的鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)；c) 燃用其他燃料的電站鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于核電站蒸汽發(fā)生器的性能試驗(yàn)以及余熱鍋爐、垃圾焚燒鍋爐的性能試驗(yàn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了由石油制取的船用燃料油的分類(lèi)和代號(hào)、要求和試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、包裝、標(biāo)志、運(yùn)輸、貯存及安全。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于海［洋］船用柴油機(jī)及其鍋爐用燃料油。符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的燃料油也適用于同樣或類(lèi)似制造的固定式柴油機(jī)和其他船舶用機(jī)械。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了用于船舶的4種餾分燃料油和6種殘?jiān)剂嫌汀Ｆ渲叙s分燃料DMX供柴油機(jī)應(yīng)急時(shí)使用。

This document defines methods for reducing combined samples (or increments) to laboratory samples and laboratory samples to sub-samples and general analysis samples and is applicable to solid biofuels. The methods defined in this document can be used for sample preparation, for example, when the samples are to be tested for calorific value, moisture content, ash content, bulk density, durability, particle size distribution, ash melting behaviour, chemical composition, and impurities
This International Standard describes methods for the\ndetermination of major elements of solid biofuels respectively of\ntheir ashes, which are Al, Ca, Fe, Mg, P, K, Si, Na, Ti. The\ndetermination of other elements such as barium (Ba) and manganese\n(Mn) is also possible with the methods described in this\nInternational Standard.\nThis International Standard includes two parts: Part A describes\nthe direct determination on the fuel, this method is also\napplicable for sulfur and minor elements, Part B gives a method of\ndetermination on a prepared 550 °C ash.
This International Standard is intended for the determination of\nthe minor elements Arsenic, Cadmium, Cobalt, Chromium, Copper,\nMercury, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Lead, Antimony, Vanadium,\nand Zinc in all solid biofuels. Further, it describes methods for\nsample decomposition and suggests suitable instrumental methods for\nthe determination of the elements of interest in the digests. The\ndetermination of other elements such as Selenium, Tin, and Thallium\nis also possible with the method described in this International\nStandard.
This International Standard gives formulae which allow analytical data relating to solid biofuels to be expressed on the different bases in common use. Consideration is given to corrections that can be applied to certain determined values for solid biofuels prior to their calculation to other bases. In Annex A, tools for integrity checks of analytical results are given. In Annex B, conversion factors for calculation into other units are given. Annex C is a guideline for the use of validation parameters as can be found in ISO/TC 238 analytical standards.
This International Standard describes methods for the determination of the total sulfur and total chlorine content in solid biofuels. This International Standard specifies two methods for decomposition of the fuel and different analytical techniques for the quantification of the elements in the decomposition solutions. The use of automatic equipment is also included in this International Standard, provided that a validation is carried out as specified and that the performance characteristics are similar to those of the method described in this International Standard.

Thermally treated biomass pellets (e.g. torrefied pellets) are not included in the scope of this document.
