本文件規(guī)定了多費(fèi)率電能表(以下簡稱“儀表”)的術(shù)語和定義、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則、標(biāo)識和文件、包裝及貯存。本文件適用于新制造的、在電壓不超過600 V的50 Hz或60 Hz電網(wǎng)中測量和控制電能的儀表。本文件僅適用于時間開關(guān)為數(shù)字顯示,并用電池或電容等作為工作儲備的儀表。本文件不適用于時間開關(guān)為模擬標(biāo)度盤的儀表,也不適用于機(jī)電式儀表。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了數(shù)據(jù)采集器的術(shù)語、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法、檢測規(guī)則、標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸和貯存。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于數(shù)據(jù)采集器的設(shè)計、制造、試驗和檢測。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所指的數(shù)據(jù)采集器是指適用于住宅工商業(yè)用戶的基于干簧管、光耦、霍爾等脈沖電路技術(shù)的電能表、燃?xì)獗?、自來水表、中水表、直飲水表、熱水表、熱能表等計量表的信號采集、處理、傳輸?shù)脑O(shè)備。
GB/T 26831的本部分規(guī)定了在無線儀表抄讀網(wǎng)絡(luò)中實施中繼時的通信協(xié)議要求。本部分是GB/T 26831.4的擴(kuò)充。它支持R2模式的路由,但不支持S模式和T模式的路由。本部分適用于支持無線路由網(wǎng)絡(luò)的儀表抄讀。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了用于測量電壓6 kV~35 kV、頻率50 Hz的電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)中高壓側(cè)電能的高壓電能表(下文簡稱“儀表”)的術(shù)語和定義、電氣參數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)要求、環(huán)境條件、電氣要求、準(zhǔn)確度要求、使用和貯存及可靠性要求、檢驗規(guī)則。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新制造的高壓電能表,并且僅適用于其型式試驗。
本規(guī)范適用于電動汽車電池更換站的設(shè)計。
本規(guī)范適用于新建、擴(kuò)建、改建的城市照明自動控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、施工、驗收和運(yùn)行維護(hù)。
本規(guī)范適用于港口集裝箱碼頭堆場裝卸設(shè)備供電設(shè)施的設(shè)計、安裝和維護(hù)。
本規(guī)程適用于參比頻率為50 Hz或60 Hz的多費(fèi)率交流電能表(簡稱多費(fèi)率表)的首次檢定及后續(xù)檢定。本規(guī)程適用于具有數(shù)字顯示器時間開關(guān)的,并用電池(或電容)做備用工作電源的多費(fèi)率表。對于具有分時計量的多功能電能表,其相同的檢定項目執(zhí)行本規(guī)程。本規(guī)程不適用于多費(fèi)率表的現(xiàn)場檢驗。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了無繩電話機(jī)的座機(jī)、子機(jī)及子機(jī)充電器在各種工作狀態(tài)下的節(jié)能參數(shù)和測試方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于接入公眾電話網(wǎng)使用的工作頻率為45/48MHz、符合GB/T 17113規(guī)定的模擬無繩電話機(jī)以及工作頻率在2.4000~2.4835GHz范圍內(nèi)、符合YD/T1349規(guī)定的數(shù)字無繩電話機(jī)。
本部分規(guī)定了上海市電動汽車無線充電系統(tǒng)充電站的供電系統(tǒng)、充電位、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、電能計量、通信系統(tǒng)、防護(hù)要求、電動汽車無線充電系統(tǒng)地面設(shè)施和車載設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求、檢驗規(guī)則、試驗方法、標(biāo)志、包裝和貯運(yùn)等要求。本部分適用于上海市采用無線充電方式的地面設(shè)施和車載設(shè)備的配置、訂貨和檢驗,亦適用于上海市電動汽車無線充電設(shè)施新建、擴(kuò)建和改建工程,以及電動汽車的生產(chǎn)和改裝,也適用于上海市電動汽車無線充電系統(tǒng)的充電站和充電位設(shè)計和建設(shè)工作。
This European Standard specifies the protocols to use when performing relaying in wireless meter readout networks. This European Standard is an extension to wireless meter readout specified in EN 13757-4. It supports the routing of modes P and Q, and simple single-hop repeating of modes S, T, C, F and N. The main use of this European Standard is to support simple retransmission as well as routed wireless networks for the readout of meters. NOTE Electricity meters are not covered by this standard, as the standardization of remote readout of electricity meters is a task for IEC/CENELEC.
This part of IEC 62055 applies to newly manufactured, static watt-hour payment meters of accuracy classes 1 and 2 for direct connection, for the measurement of alternating current electrical energy consumption of a frequency in the range 45 Hz to 65 Hz that include a load switch for the purpose of interruption or restoration of the electricity supply to the load in accordance with the current value of the available credit maintained in the payment meter. It does not apply to static watt-hour payment meters where the voltage across the connection terminals exceeds 600 V (line-to-line voltage for meters for polyphase systems).It applies to payment meters for indoor application only, where the payment meter shall be mounted as for normal service (i.e. together with a specified matching socket where applicable).Payment meters are implementations where all the main functional elements are incorporated in a single enclosure, together with any specified matching socket. There are also multi-part installations where the various main functional elements, such as the measuring element, the user interface unit, token carrier interface, and the load switch are implemented in more than one enclosure, involving additional interfaces. This part of IEC 62055 does not apply to multipart payment metering installations.Functional requirements that apply to payment meters are also defined in this part of IEC 62055, and include informative basic functional requirements and tests for the prepayment mode of operation in Annex A. Allowances are made for the relatively wide range of features, options, alternatives, and implementations that may be found in practice. The diverse nature and functionality of payment meters prevent the comprehensive specification of detailed test methods for all of these requirements. However, in this case, the requirementsare stated in such a way that tests can then be formulated to respect and validate the specific functionality of the payment meter being tested.This part of IEC 62055 does not cover specific functionality or performance requirements for safety, circuit protection, isolation or similar purposes that may be specified through reference to other specifications or standards.This part of IEC 62055 does not cover software requirements. Software requirements for basic energy meter metrology are under consideration for the IEC 62059 series of standards, and in other organisations.This part of IEC 62055 covers type-testing requirements only. For acceptance testing, the concepts given in IEC 61358 may be used as a basic guideline.Dependability aspects are addressed in the IEC 62059 series of standards.This part of IEC 62055 does not cover conformity tests and system compliance tests that may be required in connection with legal or other requirements of some markets.
