本標準適用于新建、擴建、改建地下鐵道工程的施工。
GB 4706.1-2005中的該章用下述內(nèi)容代替:本標準涉及單相器具額定電壓不超過250 V,其他器具不超過480 V的下述器具的安全。--日產(chǎn)冰量大于15 kg,且不超過2 000 kg的商用自動制冰機;--自攜壓縮冷凝機組或以兩個單元的形式提供可按照制造商說明組裝成單一器具(分體系統(tǒng))的電動商用制冷制冰機。本標準同樣也適用于使用可燃制冷劑的壓縮式器具。只要適用,本標準還涉及這類器具所共有的危險。本標準不包括制冷器具的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作特性,該部分內(nèi)容在ISO標準中涉及。
These revisions are to the UL 296 proposals announced in the March 18, 2005 issue of ANSI's \"Standards Action.
1.1 These requirements cover self-contained drinking-water coolers which employ hermetic refrigerantmotor-compressors and which are designed for connection to alternating-current circuits rated not greaterthan 600 volts in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70. The requirements also apply towater coolers which supply both hot and cold water.1.2 These requirements do not include additional requirements applicable to equipment designed for usein hazardous locations as defined in the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70.1.3 A product that contains features, characteristics, components, materials, or systems new or differentfrom those covered by the requirements in this standard, and that involves a risk of fire, electric shock, orinjury to persons shall be evaluated using the appropriate additional component and end-productrequirements as determined necessary to maintain the acceptable level of safety as originally anticipatedby the intent of this standard. A product whose features, characteristics, components, materials, orsystems conflict with specific requirements or provisions of this standard cannot be judged to comply withthis standard. Where considered appropriate, revision of requirements shall be proposed and adopted inconformance with the methods employed for development, revision, and implementation of this standard.
The following items are subject to comment: 1.) Correction of test references in Table 18.1. 2.) Addition in paragraph 40.1.1 of equation for limit voltage (VL).
These requirements cover inverters ,converters ,charge controllers ,and output controllers intended for use in stand-alone(not grid connected) or utility-interactive (grid-connected) power systems .Utility-interactive inverters and converters are intended to be installed in parallel with an electric supply system or an electric utility to supply common loads.
