SY/T 6662的本部分規(guī)定了增強MC尼龍管材及管件、尼龍-鋼復合管材及管件的分類和標記、原材料、技術要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則、標志、包裝、運輸和貯存等。本部分主要適用于石油天然氣工業(yè)輸送液體介質的管道的設計和生產(chǎn),石化、冶金、礦山、電力、海水處理及其他行業(yè)用于輸送液體介質的管道設計和生產(chǎn)可參照本部分。增強MC尼龍管輸送液體介質溫度的允許范圍為-35℃~100℃;尼龍-鋼復合管輸送液體介質溫度的允許范圍為-35℃~150℃。
This part of ISO 12176 specifies performance requirements for electrofusion control units for use withpolyethylene (PE) electrofusion fittings for the supply of gaseous fuels or for the conveyance of water forhuman consumption, including raw water prior to treatment, and for the conveyance of water for generalpurpose or other fluids.The control units are divided into three input voltage classes: SVLV [safety, very Iow voltage (up to 50 V)], LV[Iow voltage (50 V to 250 V)] and HV [higher voltage (250 V to 400 V)].This part of ISO 12176 is applicable to electrofusion control units designed for use in the construction of jointsbetween PE pipes and fittings conforming to International Standards for the supply of gaseous fuels or for theconveyance of water, where the normal operating temperature of the control unit is in the range -10 ~C to+40 ~C. If temperatures outside this range are expected, suitable operating limits are subject to agreementbetween manufacturer and purchaser.This part of ISO 12176 is applicable to control units with current or voltage control for fitting systems based onstandard resistance wire heating technology.
This part of ISO 12176 describes the format and the contents of a fusion operator's badge, which is usedduring the construction of polyethylene (PE) piping systems for the supply of gaseous fuels or water to identifythe fusion operator and to activate or deactivate the fusion-jointing equipment.The objective of this part of ISO 12176 is to achieve international interoperability between the operator'sbadge and the card-reading equipment of fusion-jointing equipment conforming to ISO 12176-1 orISO 12176-2. The fusion-jointing equipment is required to read either the bar code or the magnetic-stripe codeof the badge and to call up the corresponding data within the equipment in a standard format.
