本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了游戲圍欄及類(lèi)似用途童床的安全要求、試驗(yàn)方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于供體重不大于15kg兒童使用的家用游戲圍欄和類(lèi)似圍欄用途童床，不適用于搖籃和吊床。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于游戲圍欄及類(lèi)似用途童床上的懸掛玩具、健身玩具及類(lèi)似玩具，且不適用于游戲圍欄和類(lèi)似用途童床能被轉(zhuǎn)換成其他功能的安全技術(shù)要求。

GB 30585-2014兒童鞋安全技術(shù)規(guī)范

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了兒童鞋安全技術(shù)的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義、產(chǎn)品分類(lèi)、技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、判定。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于用各種材料制作的、供14周歲及以下兒童(鞋號(hào)不大于250 mm)日常穿用的鞋類(lèi)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于童膠鞋。

GB/T 31900-2015機(jī)織兒童服裝

GB/T 37647-2019玩具及兒童用品 特定元素的遷移試驗(yàn)通則

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了玩具及兒童用品中的特定元素在模擬人體環(huán)境中遷移試驗(yàn)的取樣方法、試樣制備和試樣提取方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于玩具及兒童用品中的特定元素——鋁、銻、砷、鋇、硼、鎘、鉻、鈷、銅、鉛、錳、汞、鎳、硒、鍶、錫、鋅在模擬人體環(huán)境(包含汗液、唾液和胃液環(huán)境)中的遷移試驗(yàn)預(yù)處理。其他特定元素的遷移試驗(yàn)在經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)證后可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于考慮到兒童的正常使用和可預(yù)見(jiàn)行為，由于其可觸及性、功能、質(zhì)量、大小或其他特征，可明顯排除被吮吸、舔食、咀嚼、吞咽或長(zhǎng)期與皮膚接觸的可能性的玩具或兒童用品。

QB/T 2880-2016兒童皮鞋

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了使用膠粘、縫制、模壓、硫化、注塑、灌注等工藝，以天然皮革、人造革、合成革為主要幫面制造的兒童皮鞋的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義、分類(lèi)、要求、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目及判定規(guī)則、標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸、貯存。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于一般穿用的兒童皮鞋和嬰幼兒皮鞋。以紡織品或其他材料為幫面，采用同等制作工藝制作的兒童皮鞋可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

DIN EN 12586-2011兒童使用和保育用品.橡皮奶頭固定器.安全性要求和試驗(yàn)方法.德文版本EN 12586-2007+A1-2011

This European Standard specifies safety requirements relating to the materials, construction, performance, packaging and labelling of soother holders. It includes test methods for the mechanical and chemical requirements specified. All products that are intended to connect a soother for babies and young children with any other product are included in the scope of this European Standard. This European Standard is intended to provide safety requirements for soother holders which are generally comprised of a strap with the holder at one end which retains the soother whilst the other end has a clasp that attaches to the child's garment. Where a soother holder has been classified as a toy or considered to have significant play value then the soother holder will have to meet the essential safety requirements for toys as stated in the Toy Directive (88/378/EEC) in addition to those in this European Standard. The addition of decorations or providing animal shaped fasteners should not automatically make the soother holder a toy; however the addition of a toy component to the soother holder will require that both the soother holder and the toy meet the essential safety requirements as stated in the Toy Directive. Where there is doubt concerning classification of a soother holder as a toy then advice should be sought from an EU Toy Notified Body or the Member State's Competent Authority for toys (see B.2).
