本規(guī)范適用于新建和擴(kuò)建的第二代改進(jìn)型單臺機(jī)組容量為1000MW級以下壓水堆核電廠常規(guī)島及其配套設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)。
1.O.1 為貫徹執(zhí)行《中華人民共和國進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)法》,維護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益,以合同為依據(jù)實(shí)施化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)口設(shè)備、材料的檢驗(yàn)特制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1.O.2 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成套、單項(xiàng)、單機(jī)進(jìn)口的機(jī)器,靜置設(shè)備,電氣、工業(yè)自動化儀表,工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)等設(shè)備和材料及其文件、資料,自合同生效日起至機(jī)械保證期終止日為止的國外檢驗(yàn)、國內(nèi)口岸檢驗(yàn),開箱檢驗(yàn)與質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)亦適用于由國外承包商負(fù)責(zé)采購供應(yīng)的中國制造廠制造的設(shè)備、材料的檢驗(yàn)。1.O.3 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為進(jìn)口設(shè)備、材料檢驗(yàn)的通用規(guī)定。各化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)根據(jù)具體裝置和合同環(huán)境等特點(diǎn),編制相應(yīng)的檢驗(yàn)方案或細(xì)則。1.O.4 合同中規(guī)定的或由買方確認(rèn)的賣方和制造廠提供的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范和檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范應(yīng)是執(zhí)行檢驗(yàn)的技術(shù)依據(jù)。經(jīng)買賣雙方確認(rèn)的設(shè)計(jì)文件、技術(shù)資料及圖紙上指定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范和技術(shù)要求應(yīng)為具體設(shè)備、材料的檢驗(yàn)依據(jù)。1.O.5 當(dāng)賣方提供的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范不全或不能滿足檢驗(yàn)的需要時(shí),經(jīng)買賣雙方協(xié)商可采用相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國外先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品制造廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或我國現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1.O.6 在化工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)口設(shè)備、材料檢驗(yàn)中,有關(guān)安全、勞動保護(hù)、環(huán)境保護(hù)、工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、防火、防爆等規(guī)定,必須符合我國現(xiàn)行法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。1.O.7 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)與《化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)口設(shè)備、材料檢驗(yàn)管理辦法》配合使用。
本規(guī)定適用于化學(xué)工業(yè)新建、擴(kuò)建、改建工程建設(shè)交工技術(shù)文件的管理。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了3.6kV~40.5kV智能交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備的正常和特殊使用條件、術(shù)語和定義、額定值、設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)構(gòu)、型式試驗(yàn)、出廠試驗(yàn)等方面的要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于3.6kV~40.5kV智能交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備,智能交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備除滿足GB 3906-2006外,還應(yīng)滿足本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電子式六氟化硫(SF<下標(biāo) 6>)密度變送器(以下簡稱密度變送器)的分類與命名、基本參數(shù)、技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則及標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸和貯存。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于高壓開關(guān)用保護(hù)氣體六氟化硫的密度檢測所采用的電子式密度變送器。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電阻式真空有載分接開關(guān)的性能,保護(hù)配置,試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、試驗(yàn)方法,使用范圍及運(yùn)行維修要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于220kV及以下電力變壓器配置的電阻式真空有載分接開關(guān)。其他非電力變壓器用真空有載分接開關(guān),可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或按照制造商規(guī)定執(zhí)行。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于電抗式真空有載分接開關(guān)。
This part of IEC 60044 applies to newly manufactured electronic current transformers havingan analogue voltage output or a digital output, for use with electrical measuring instrumentsand electrical protective devices at nominal frequencies from 15 Hz to 100 Hz.NOTE Additional requirements due to the bandwidth are considered. The accuracy requirements on harmonics aregiven in annex D.Clause 12 covers the accuracy requirements that are necessary for electronic currenttransformers for use with electrical measuring instruments.Clause 13 covers the accuracy requirements that are necessary for electronic currenttransformers for use with electrical protective relays, and particularly for forms of protection inwhich the prime requirement is to maintain the accuracy up to several times the rated current.If required, the transient accuracy of an electronic current transformer during fault is also givenin this clause.Electronic current transformers intended for both measurement and protection should complywith all the clauses of this standard and are called multipurpose electronic currenttransformers.The transformer technology can be based on optical arrangements equipped with electricalcomponents, on air-core coils (with or without a built-in integrator), or on iron-core coils withintegrated shunt used as a current-to-voltage converter, alone or equipped with electroniccomponents.For analogue output, the electronic current transformer may include the secondary signalcable. Examples of electronic current transformer technologies using air-core coils and ironcorecoils with integrated shunt are given in annex C.For digital output, this standard takes into account a point-to-point connection from theelectronic transformer to electrical measuring instruments and electrical devices (see annex B).Some information has been added in order to ensure the compatibility of this point-to-point linkwith the overall system of communication in the substation, thus allowing data exchangebetween all kinds of substation devices. This information builds what is called the mapping ofthe link layer of the point-to-point serial link. Processbus communication is underconsideration.This mapping allows interoperability between devices from different manufacturers.This standard does not specify individual implementations or products, nor does it constrain theimplementation of entities and interfaces within a computer system. This standard specifies theexternally visible functionality of implementations together with conformance requirements forsuch functionalities.
