This part of ISO 6362 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and\nshape of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded round bars\nhaving diameters in the range from 8 mm up to 350 mm; and square\nand hexagonal bars having widths across flats in the range from 10\nmm up to 220 mm.\nIt applies to extruded round, square and hexagonal bars.
1.1 This practice establishes the physical item marking requirements for identification purposes for aluminum and magnesium products. Package marking for shipment and inspection acceptance is not within the scope of this standard. 1.2 The values stated in either inch-pound units or SI are to be regarded separately as standard. The SI units are shown in brackets. The values stated in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore, each system must be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems will result in nonconformance with the practice. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
1.1x00a0;This specification covers high magnesium aluminum-alloy products in the mill finish condition that are intended for marine hull construction and other marine applications where frequent or constant direct contact with seawater is expected and for similar environments (Note 1). Aluminum alloy products covered by this specification include the alloy-tempers of flat sheet, coiled sheet, and plate shown in Table 2 [Table 3] and Table 4 [Table 5], and alloy-tempers of extruded profiles shown in Table 6 [Table 7]. Note 1:x00a0;There are other aluminum alloy-temper products that may be suitable for use in marine and similar environments, but which may not require the corrosion resistance testing specified by B928/B928M. See Specification B209 or B209M for other aluminum sheet and plate alloy-temper products. For other aluminum extruded alloy-temper products see Specification B221 or B221M and/or other relevant specifications for aluminum extruded products. 1.2x00a0;Alloy and temper designations are in accordance with ANSI H35.1/H35.18201;(M). The equivalent Unified Numbering System alloy designations are those of Table 1 preceded by A9, for example, A95083 for 5083 in accordance with Practice E527. 1.3x00a0;The values stated in either SI units (Table 3 and Table 5) or inch-pound units (Table 2 and Table 4) are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of each other. Combining values from the two systems may result in non-conformance with the standard. 1.4x00a0;For acceptance criteria for inclusion of new aluminum and aluminum alloys in this specification, see Annex A2. 1.5x00a0;This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
Le présent document a pour objet de fixer les critères généraux de choix des matériaux utilisés pour la réalisation de fa?ades telles que définies dans le domaine d'application de la NF DTU 33.1 P1-1 (CCT).
This standard specifies among other things the tolerances on cross-sectional dimensions, on lengths, on the permissible contour and angular, twist, flatness tolerances. The tolerances apply to extruded profiles with cross-sectional dimensions given by a circumscribing circle not greater than 600 mm. This part does not apply to rolled and drawn profiles and profiles made from sheet by roll .
This document specifies the codification of some standardized semifinished wrought products for use in orderinginformation.NOTE Codification is usually required for technical drawings. It does not apply to castings, cast forging stock, rolling ingots, extrusion billets and ingots for remelting.
This document specifies the technical conditions for inspection and delivery of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded rod/bar, tube and profile for general engineering applications. This document does not apply to: - forging stock (EN 603), - extruded precision profiles in alloys EN AW-6060 and EN AW-6063 (EN 12020), - products delivered in coils (EN 13957), - coiled tubes cut to length (EN 13957).
