本標準規(guī)定了我國職業(yè)的分類結(jié)構(gòu)、類別、代碼及說明。本標準適用于按職業(yè)分類的各種普查、調(diào)查統(tǒng)計及行政管理和國內(nèi)外信息交流等。
本標準規(guī)定了廢電器電子產(chǎn)品在收集、運輸、貯存、處理和處置過程的資源有效利用和污染控制的技術要求和相關規(guī)定。本標準適用于下列廢電器電子產(chǎn)品:辦公設備及計算機產(chǎn)品、通信設備、視聽產(chǎn)品及廣播電視設備、家用及類似用途電器產(chǎn)品、儀器儀表及測量監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品、電動工具及電線電纜共七大類,并包括構(gòu)成這些產(chǎn)品的所有零部件、元器件及材料(見附錄A)。其他產(chǎn)品可參照執(zhí)行。本標準不適用于電池、照明器具及醫(yī)療電子電器設備等產(chǎn)品。

This European Standard specifies methods of measurement of electrical power consumptionand the reporting of the results for a range of electrical and electronic household and officeequipment, hereafter referred to as products.This standard? addresses issues associated with measuring electrical power, in particular low power (inthe order of a few Watts or less), consumed by mains powered products,? describes in detail the requirements for testing single phase products with a rated inputvoltage in the range of 100 V a.c. to 250 V a.c. but it may, with some adaptations, also beused with three phase products,? may also be of assistance in determining the energy efficiency of products in conjunctionwith other, more specific, product standards.The value of energy consumed will depend on the operating mode of the product under test,for instance whether the equipment is in an off mode, in a standby mode or in an activemode. This standard does not specify these modes and so it is not possible to use thisstandard on its own. Instead, it provides a method of measurement with a variety of modeswhich are defined elsewhere.This standard does not? specify safety requirements,? specify minimum performance requirements,? set maximum limits on power or energy consumption,? contain limit values or procedures for verifying compliance with regulatory requirements.
