本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了插編的鋼絲繩吊索索扣的術(shù)語、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法和檢驗規(guī)則。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于折回式、對插式手工插編和機械插編的六股鋼絲繩吊索的索扣,其他多股鋼絲繩的插編可參照執(zhí)行。

為了在空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與施工中貫徹執(zhí)行的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟政策,做到技術(shù)先進、安全適用、經(jīng)濟合理、確保質(zhì)量,制定本規(guī)程。本規(guī)程適用于主要以鋼桿件組成的空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),包括網(wǎng)架、單層或雙層網(wǎng)殼及立體桁架等結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與施工。設(shè)計空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)時,應(yīng)從工程實際情況出發(fā),合理選用結(jié)構(gòu)方案、網(wǎng)格布置與構(gòu)造措施,并應(yīng)綜合考慮材料供應(yīng)、加工制作與現(xiàn)場施工安裝方案,以取得良好的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效果。單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)不應(yīng)設(shè)置懸掛吊車。網(wǎng)架和雙層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)直接承受工作級別為A3及以上的懸掛吊車荷載,當(dāng)應(yīng)力變化的循環(huán)次數(shù)大于或等于5*10<上標(biāo)4>,應(yīng)進行疲勞計算,其容許應(yīng)力幅及構(gòu)造應(yīng)經(jīng)過專門的試驗確定。進行空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工時,除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
本規(guī)程適用于風(fēng)障拉索、樓梯(護欄)扶索、公路纜索護欄以及其他非承重的低張拉控制應(yīng)力拉索體系的設(shè)計、施工及驗收。

This part of ISO 19901 provides requirements and guidance for the planning and engineering of marine operations, encompassing the design and analysis of the components, systems, equipment and procedures required to perform marine operations, as well as the methods or procedures developed to carry them out safely.
This International Standard identifies the different types of pulling eyes that are prepared at, or attached to, a steel wire rope end for connection to another rope when installing a new rope or re-reeving an existing rope on a machine. It also specifies the minimum requirements for pulling eyes, including their geometry, strength, maximum line pull to which the pulling eye should be subjected and information for use to be provided by the manufacturer.
This part of ISO 19901 provides requirements and guidance for the planning and engineering of marineoperations, encompassing the design and analysis of the components, systems, equipment and proceduresrequired to perform marine operations, as well as the methods or procedures developed to carry them out safely.This part of ISO 19901 is applicable to marine operations for offshore structures including- steel and concrete gravity base structures (GBS);- piled steel structures and compliant towers;- tension leg platforms (TLP);- deep draught floaters (DDF), including spars or deep draught caisson vessels (DDCV);- floating production semi-submersibles (FPSS);- floating production, storage and offloading vessels (FPSO);- other types of floating production systems (FPS);- mobile offshore units (MOU);- topsides and components of any of the above;- subsea templates and similar structures;- gravity, piled, drag embedded and suction or other anchors;- tendon foundations;- associated mooring systems.This document is also applicable to modifications of existing structures, e.g. installation of additional topsides modules.This part of ISO 19901 is not applicable to the following marine operations:a) construction activities, e.g. in a fabrication yard onshore, where there is no exposure to the marine environment;b) drilling, processing and petrochemical activities;c) routine marine activities during the service life of the structure;d) drilling from mobile offshore drilling units (MODU);e) installation of pipelines, flowlines, risers and umbilicals;f) diving.
